JA Consult was established in 2008, since then it has successfully created a niche in Malaysia’s burgeoning development landscape. In less than a decade in its setup, JA Consult has managed to enlist as the preferred multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy firm advising large corporations and conglomerates on project development requirements for their respective business premises.
The strength of JA Consult is attributed to the vast experience of more than 30 years brought into the firm by the founding partners – Ir. Jackson I. Pereira and Ir. Dr. Ashita S. Pereira. Their respective experiences working with international, national and local governments in addressing numerous transportation and technological challenges have suited their team to provide specialized services that provide their clients with holistic engineering platforms.
Their diligence in leading the team has won JA Consult wide commissions in traffic engineering, traffic management, transportation planning as well as infrastructure engineering. Based on these achievements, the partners decided to expand their services further as a private limited company.
Thus, JA Project Consultant Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 2015, as a forward looking undertaking to expand JA Consult's participation in the field of built environment, particularly in the field of traffic engineering and transportation planning.
JA Project Consultant Sdn. Bhd. will continue JA Consult’s mission to provide multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy services, of the same time, their services will be strengthened through further expansion of the transportation planning arm with new team members whose background complement the founding partners.
This expansion will reinforce JA’s commitment towards attaining sustainable development, particularly sustainable transportation at the local and global levels. Thus promoting sustainability in land development activities through the transportation system is fundamental to JA’s integrated professional counsel to clients.
