Labuan Development Blueprint Study: Connectivity & Transportation Planning

The purpose of this study was to look into the current transportation system in Labuan and the proposed strategic transportation plans to make the traveling experience in Labuan comfortable by promoting green mobility within the island, focusing primarily on low carbon transportation plans i.e. introduction of bicycle routes for different functions and that attract to a different group of users.
