Ms. Norhafizah is a transport planner with over 13 years of experience in traffic engineering, traffic planning, traffic management plan, planning for public transport system and project highway planning.

Her skills are in Traffic Impact Assessment studies which involve transportation planning and detailed technical designs. She has experience in MRT Line 2, which involves designing ingress and egress to the stations, layby locations and the overall station, parking and traffic circulation.
