Ir. Dr. Khoo expertise is in traffic engineering and modeling. She has more than 17 years of experience in developing traffic simulation models. She is highly skilled in using traffic simulation tools for managing traffic congestion and is ardent about employing advanced technology to better manage traffic and transportation system, i.e. Intelligent Transportation System.  To date, she has more than 50 publications in international journals and conferences.
